I think it would be a rewarding feature to allow the gym leaders a stock of a TR of choice to reward players for completing the gyms. Much like in the mainline games or at least the older ones, you're rewarded by the gym leader with a TM related to their gym typing. I've also been working on a stock of badges I hand painted on the canvases for anyone who beats my gym, as well as making some for other leaders. Little things like that, they have no effect on the PTP economy and are just a nice little reward for finally conquering the gyms. Of course placing restrictions in place for the leaders, not allowing them to trade and or sell the TRs. I'll even gather up what TRs the current Gym leaders would like to reward their challengers and make a list. All in all it's a tiny reward that'll definitely feel at home on the server, or at least I believe so. Like I said, no impact on the economy of the server, there will be restrictions in place, and it'll be the only actual reward for beating a tough gym.
